OUR SERVICES
Airex Rubber Products, certified with AS9100, ISO9001 & ITAR, is a precision design and manufacturing expert in rubber molded products and custom rubber masking (non-product). Our comprehensive offerings include complete tooling packages for our customers.
We’ve developed special elastomers tailored for high temperature, abrasion, and chemical resistance in many custom rubber masking applications. While many products side elastomers are certified to meet AMS, ASTM, MIL-SPEC, MIL-DTL, MIL-PRF-6855, A-A-59588 (ZZ-R-765), Boeing BMS standards & more to ensure precision in customer-specific parts.
Products are parts that we provide to our customers for incorporation into their products or assembly for resale to their customers.
Non-products, serving as custom rubber masking, are utilized by our customers in their manufacturing and surface treatment processes.
We cater to industries such as Aircraft, Aerospace, Helicopter, Military & Defense, Medical Orthopedic Implants, Oil Exploration, Rubber Masking, Solenoid and Control, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), Commercial, Pump and valve industries and have the ability and capability to provide parts to very close tolerances for many additional applications.
